Define and lead the Travel Proposition strategy for LAC in alignment with Ten’s global objectives.
Develop and manage a portfolio of Travel partnerships that deliver best-in-market offers and benefits.
Drive innovation in travel offerings and design impactful campaigns that increase member engagement, requests, and bookings.
Work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to share best practices, strengthen synergies, and ensure seamless integration of travel services.
Monitor performance against key metrics (NPS, engagement, commercial targets) to continuously improve propositions.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ team management experience in the travel space.
Proven experience in senior partnerships, business development, or category leadership within the travel industry (accommodation, transportation, air, loyalty programs).
Track record of creating and delivering successful regional strategies aligned with global objectives.
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiating high-value partnerships and contracts.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
Skilled at communicating complex ideas clearly, engagingly, and with sensitivity to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, propose pragmatic solutions, and drive measurable results.
Collaborative mindset, actively breaking down silos and encouraging resource sharing across teams.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Comfortable representing the business externally and influencing senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
