Senior HR Business Partner

Role Overview

• Report directly to the Lead HR Business Partner and the Country Manager, Germany.
• Work both operationally and strategically.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for the teams.
• Responsible for the implementation and oversight of all projects.

• Proficiency in English (level assessed depending on the department).
• Enthusiasm for a constantly evolving work environment.
• Strong willingness to collaborate.
• Sufficient experience to handle day-to-day responsibilities.
