About this role
Role Overview
Establish strong partnerships within the Regional and Community leadership teams
Identifying and delivering HR-related guidance, processes and tools in support of employee and business needs
Serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues
Develop and implement better people management practices
Manage the people management related agenda for the field
Act as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities in the field
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field
5-7 years’ experience of progressive responsibility in Human Resources preferably in senior living, hospitality, or similar.
Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office
Expert knowledge of state and federal HR laws
Understands and can communicate various benefits plans available to associates (and corresponding laws)
