You translate our business goals into a modern people strategy and drive its implementation within your area of responsibility.
As a coach and sparring partner, you support leaders with complex leadership issues and decisions.
You develop concepts for a modern way of working and design and optimize the entire employee lifecycle.
Using metrics, you identify areas for action and develop solutions for stable, high-performing teams.
You proactively introduce new ideas and trends to further develop HR quality and the organization as a whole.
You support change processes, assist with conflicts, and ensure smooth HR operations in line with our values.

You are a strong communicator with high empathy, able to build trust effortlessly and win stakeholders over for your ideas.
With strong conceptual skills, you quickly grasp business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable people strategies.
You enjoy taking responsibility, work proactively and solution-oriented, and have a keen sense for moods and team dynamics.
You have strong coaching skills as well as moderation and questioning techniques to effectively advise and develop leaders.
As a data-minded person, you derive not only the status quo from metrics but, above all, strategic recommendations for action.
You use your expertise and creativity to find fitting, value-oriented solutions for complex, “soft” topics.
Ideally, you already have experience supporting change processes.
You are available full-time (40 hours per week).
