Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Provide HSEQ governance for the North American Region
• Ensure efficient and effective health, safety, quality, and sustainability structures and processes to meet certification requirements
• Provide leadership in facilities, information technology, and security across the organization
• Manage a team including Security and Facilities Co-ordinators
• Champion safety in the Regions by promoting a progressive safety culture
• Co-ordinate compliance with ISO registrations
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Quality legal compliance
• Conduct internal audit programs
• Manage tracking of HSEQ related actions
• Provide training and awareness on HSEQ program

Requirements

• Five years’ experience managing HSEQ (9001, 14001,17025, 27001, and 45001) functions that includes at least light industrial activities
• Completion of post-secondary education in a related discipline
• Established record of implementing or significantly improving HSEQ processes in at least a medium size organization
• Ability to obtain a Canadian Security clearance
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
