Role Overview
- Execute L1 controls with high precision to ensure 100% alignment with internal KYC procedures.
- Monitor high-volume onboarding queues to guarantee that all quality checks are completed within required SLAs.
- Document granular findings and root causes to provide the data necessary for procedural improvements.
- Collaborate with supervisors and the QA Manager to relay on-the-ground insights that help refine the QA framework.
Requirements
- You possess a sharp eye for detail and an "audit mindset," allowing you to spot procedural gaps that others might miss.
- You bring >2 years of hands-on experience in KYC, AML, or CDD, specifically within a regulated fintech or banking environment.
- You thrive on high-volume productivity and take pride in maintaining a clean, zero-backlog queue without sacrificing quality.
- You are an effective communicator who can translate complex compliance findings into clear, actionable feedback for your peers and stakeholders.
