About this role
Role Overview
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and partnership contracts.
Advise sales, business development, and product teams on contract structures, risk allocation, and compliance matters.
Provide legal guidance on go-to-market initiatives and product launches in regulated technology environments.
Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including finance, compliance, and operations — to streamline deal execution and mitigate risk.
Stay current on evolving regulations impacting digital assets, financial services, and technology transactions.
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school with active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
4–7 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions, ideally combining both law firm and in-house experience.
Solid understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and evolving Web3 regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements.
Strong business judgment with a pragmatic approach to balancing legal risk and operational efficiency in a fast-scaling organization.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams across multiple time zones.
