Lead and refine the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple teams, including Sales, Marketing and Business Impact, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Strategically plan and execute innovative sourcing strategies to find talent from non-traditional and diverse sources.
Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations on best hiring practices, market trends, and compensation strategies.
Take ownership of key recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talents.
Identify and attract top talents while working closely with management to nurture their growth and ensure that people-related initiatives deliver value and results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally experienced in both agency and in-house positions
Strong 360 technical recruitment experience, ideally across roles in the GTM function
Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
Proven track record in managing senior stakeholders and acting as a talent advisor.
Strong English language skills and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to influence others.
Ability to establish, foster, and maintain robust relationships across all levels of the organization.
Adaptable and flexible personality, with the ability to strike a balance between business goals and best HR practices.
A team player mindset and a strong inclination towards collaborative approaches.
