Role Overview

• Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
• Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
• Foster a referral culture for talent referrals.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Coach and guide hiring managers on best practices.
• Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter
• Experience hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe
• Proven sourcing skills
• Proficiency in recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Native level English.
