Source, recruit, and pipeline qualified RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Nurse Practitioners for hospital systems, clinics, long-term care facilities, home health agencies, and telehealth organizations.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, internal databases, and direct outreach.
Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate clinical background, licensure status, work authorization, availability, and cultural fit.
Present high-quality candidate profiles to hiring managers and clients in a timely manner.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and guide applicants through the hiring process.
Support credentialing and compliance processes, including license verification, background checks, and employment documentation.
Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and track recruiting metrics.
Build long-term talent pipelines for recurring nursing and advanced practice needs.
Stay current on U.S. healthcare hiring trends, state licensure requirements, and market compensation.
Deliver a professional, ethical, and compliant recruiting experience aligned with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
2+ years of experience recruiting U.S. healthcare professionals, specifically nurses and/or advanced practice providers.
Demonstrated success placing RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Nurse Practitioners.
Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare staffing models and credentialing requirements.
Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and outbound outreach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Comfortable working with ATS platforms and recruiting databases.
