About this role

Lead the development and execution of integrated, customer-focused global marketing strategies
Define target audiences and develop differentiated value propositions
Own campaign architecture across content, channels, and touchpoints
Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure effective localization and adoption
Improve lead quality and conversion through optimized marketing automation programs
Leverage digital analytics and CRM insights to assess campaign performance
Support go-to-market strategies for existing portfolios and new product launches
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional and regional stakeholders
Develop and manage the global marketing plan and calendar

Proven experience in marketing roles within applied microbiology and/or life sciences
Demonstrated success leading marketing campaigns in a matrixed organization
Strong experience partnering with e-business teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~25%)
