Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising programs.
Own end-to-end digital ad operations from platform strategy to performance measurement.
Partner closely with Marketing Leadership, Program Marketers, and the Content and Brand Teams to align digital advertising with AHEAD’s GTM priorities.
Establish and manage a measurement framework to track ad performance across platforms.
Continuously optimize ads and run tests to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital advertising operations, with increasing responsibility.
Proven experience strategizing and managing multi-channel digital ad programs.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.
Experience building reports and dashboards to communicate results to senior stakeholders.
Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
