Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and status updates.
Help organize and maintain project documents, shared files, and trackers.
Support preparation of slide decks and summaries using internal data.
Coordinate meeting logistics, schedule calls, and assist with agenda development.
Help maintain accurate records in internal Medical Affairs systems.
Support processing and tracking of invoices, budget entries, and documentation.
Assist with routing contracts, confidentiality agreements (CDAs), and other documents through established internal processes.
Maintain Medical Affairs standard operating procedures (SOPs) repository and version control support.
Assist as a point of contact for scheduling and document follow-up with external experts (KOLs), consultants, or associations under close guidance from the Medical Affairs Operations team.
Support compliance-aligned communication and documentation for external engagements.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Medical Affairs Leadership Team.
Assist with data updates, reports, and routine operational tasks.
Requirements
Current student (undergraduate or graduate) or recent graduate in Life Sciences, Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Previous internship or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
Interest in the medical device, biotech, or healthcare industries.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance.
Willingness to learn Medical Affairs processes, terminology, and systems.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
