Docuvera is on a mission to help the life sciences industry harness the power of digital innovation. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive demand among life sciences professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Owning integrated campaigns end-to-end (demand gen, thought leadership, events) - planning, launching, optimizing
- Using data (GA4, HubSpot, SEO platforms and AI insights) to improve performance and pipeline impact
- Growing and sharpening our ICP segmentation with Sales + Marketing Ops (intent, behavior, roles/functions)
- Improving SEO performance tied to demand gen and content engagement
- Creating and shaping content - short + long form - with SMEs and external contributors
- Supporting virtual and in-person events, including targeting, personalization, and ROI analysis
- Keeping our messaging consistent across touchpoints
Requirements:
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (campaigns, demand gen, content, thought leadership, SEO)
- Strong experience with HubSpot + GA4 + enterprise SEO tools
- Comfortable turning performance data into clear recommendations and action
- Confident using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Surfer SEO) to work smarter and improve outcomes
- 4+ years recent WordPress experience
- PharmaTech/HealthTech experience
- ABM familiarity
