Requirements
1+ years in SDR management or SDR team lead role, with a proven record of coaching and leading high-performing outbound SDR teams.
Successful track record in prospecting, account strategy and outbound pipeline creation.
Experience implementing and scaling AI tools to amplify SDR productivity, personalization, and pipeline generation.
Strong ability and interest in coaching and developing SDR teams to be successful and be the future AE talent for our Sales team.
Leverage tools including Nooks, Gong, Outreach, and Looker to monitor key KPIs, shape your coaching strategy, and continuously improve performance through data-driven coaching.
Experience recruiting and onboarding SDR talent with a focus on ramping quickly and making an immediate impact.
