Administer and support Salesforce including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows automation, and custom objects.
Document and develop project plans, requirements, and any other required technical documentation for projects and initiatives of various sizes that involve Salesforce.
Work cross-functionally with various business teams and other stakeholders.
Track and appropriately communicate expectations internally.
Support and manage existing applications as well as support third party systems.
Document changes for QA testing.
Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom-built functionality, workflows, etc.
BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is a plus
3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Proficiency in Service and Sales Cloud
Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools; capable of using ETL tools, Data Loader, and manipulating data for load in Salesforce.
Strong Analytical Capabilities – Data Driven decision making with strong results orientation.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Heroku a plus.
Experience in Conga is a strong plus
Experience working in hyper-growth and heavy acquisition type organizations strongly preferred.
Experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud and Case Management a plus.
