Director, Solutions Architects

Role Overview

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects
• Define and evolve the organization’s solutions architecture strategy
• Partner closely with sales and engineering to shape strategic opportunities
• Own technical response during complex RFPs, proofs-of-concept (POCs)
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical architectures
• Provide executive-level technical leadership to customers
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence platform roadmap
• Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure technical currency

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in IT/technology, with at least 3-5 years in solutions architecture or technical pre-sales leadership roles
• Proven track record of designing complex, large-scale solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or multi-cloud)
• Experience in SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or CCaaS solutions
• Familiarity with modern observability and security architecture (zero-trust)
• Deep expertise in modern architecture patterns: microservices, serverless, event-driven, data platforms
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Success leading technical components of multi-million-dollar deals
