Manage and grow a portfolio of clients for financial lines insurance (D&O, E&O, Cyber, Crime, EPL, Fiduciary)
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by analyzing their needs and recommending insurance solutions tailored to their risk profile
Develop and execute renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
Negotiate terms and conditions with insurers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients
Identify and convert business development and cross-selling opportunities
Supervise and mentor portfolio managers assigned to their accounts
Maintain strong relationships with partner insurers and stay informed about market trends
Participate in client presentations, seminars and networking activities to promote HUB's expertise
Ensure file compliance and the quality of documentation
