Consult with clients to understand leadership gaps, role profiles, search strategy, compensation ranges, and success criteria for executive-level and specialized hiring.
Develop relationships with strategic partners to enhance Executive Search engagements.
Organize and attend prospect and industry events that position the company as a leader in HR transformation.
Requirements
Many years of experience in HR consulting and Executive Search
Strong sales skills with a proven track record
Ability to manage relationships with HR and C-suite leaders
Experience in prospecting and closing new business
Strong understanding of market strategies and HR solutions
