Help prepare project documentation, including process flows and user guides.

Assist with user acceptance testing and training activities for internal insurance systems and applications.
Prepare basic reports and presentations for management, highlighting findings and recommendations relevant to insurance business needs.
Learn and apply company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in business systems, with a focus on insurance industry standards and compliance.
Engage in professional development and training activities as assigned, including exposure to insurance-specific technologies and terminology.
Requirements
A rising Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Interest in business analysis, process improvement, and technology solutions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of business systems and processes.
Desire to learn and take initiative.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
