Owning the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple roles and departments.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective hiring plans.
Design and execution of recruiting strategies that support business goals and growth plans.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Ensuring a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer.
Managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and job boards.
Continuously improving recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts.
Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in recruiting.
Serves as client account manager, a primary link, between OLH and its existing clients.
Produces reports on employment activity, contract status, cost versus budget analysis, and general tracking of all staffing contracts and subcontracts.
Responsible for front line engagement and resolution of problems or concerns of customers, candidates, and/or division employees.
Review all Contract requests, proposals, and candidate submittals to ensure quality, accuracy and profitability standards are met.
Other duties may include supporting on-boarding and training of new staff and general admin support.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
10+ years Recruiting/Staffing experience, preferably in the DOE and Nuclear industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Technical recruiting experience across a variety of roles (engineering, technical, corporate, and operational).
Strong people leadership skills and a collaborative, coaching mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven approach to recruiting and decision-making.
Strong technical skills on PC operating systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, data entry, database management, and the ability to quickly learn our internet-based applications.
Applicant Tracking System and recruiting technology experience.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be able to provide a high level of attention to detail and high-quality work.
Must be flexible to accommodate company needs as they grow and change.
