work with Business Owners to ensure assignment of Data Stewards
produce plans for the governance of critical data assets and information
accountable for day-to-day Data Governance Operations oversight
facilitate data-decision making processes and discussion to address conflicting viewpoints
guide enterprise stewardship needs for training, information sourcing; provisioning; consumption; standardization; and reporting & analytics
ensure data adheres to all business and enterprise standards and frameworks
develop & drive data quality management as a core component
lead cross-functional committee and Enterprise Data Governance Leadership council
provide coaching and development opportunities to the team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, data quality, data management concepts, principles and practices
Ability to understand data models, data taxonomy, and a deep appreciation of data standards and data quality
Strong leadership and organizational awareness with ability to facilitate and resolve conflicts
15+ years of Healthcare, Business, Financial Services, is required
Prior data governance and/or data quality focused technology experience a plus
Data Steward Certification
