Responsible for supporting the maintenance and ongoing development of the Workday Platform
Work closely with the HRIS Workday Manager and assist in directing the daily work of several team members
Involved in the hands-on development and configuration of Workday application
Partner with HR stakeholders and across the Bank to identify gaps and enhancement opportunities in our Workday tenant
Mentor and provide technical guidance to the HRIS team including peer review of all Workday configurations and enhancements before moving to production
Collaborate with leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions
Provide advanced level technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS team members
Lead the review, testing and implementation of bi-annual Workday releases
Lead implementing and maintaining integrations, EIB processing management, and the bi annual Workday release management
Document and develop business requirements and technical designs
Lead AI HR Automation design and strategy
Assist with data governance process.
Requirements
6+ years of related experience in Workday HRIS Administration, Information Technology, or similar field
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Advanced experience with Workday or HRIS concepts, architecture, infrastructure, etc.
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices, specifically with audit and SOX compliance
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
One or more of the following Workday certifications preferred: HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Benefits, or Security
Advanced experience in HRIS strategy and roadmap planning
Expertise in designing and building AI-powered automation preferred
Experience leading Workday Extend solutions preferred
