About this role
Role Overview
Play a key role in supporting operational processes related to talent attraction, hiring, onboarding, and employee experience.
Accurately perform administrative tasks in compliance with internal guidelines.
Provide a consistent, high-quality experience to candidates and employees across multiple entities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (business administration, human resources, or accounting);
Minimum of 5 years' experience in administration, human resources, or accounting;
Strong proficiency with ATS tools, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel;
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
Provide an exceptional experience to internal clients (talent acquisition specialists, managers, employees, candidates);
High attention to detail in all aspects of work;
Ability to anticipate client needs and take initiative;
Flexible and responsive to changing priorities;
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
