Role Overview
- Managing a manpower pool of 20-40 team members
- Overseeing 4-6 workforce managers
- Ensuring current and future workforce needs are met
- Developing improvements to current processes
- Acts as a coach and developer of talent
- Improving the overall quality of field team members
- Partnering with Talent & Operation teams to optimize recruiting and selection
- Visiting various projects to encourage safe and productive behavior
- Providing feedback and coaching to drive retention and enhance performance
- Creating and developing positive community relationships to establish a pipeline of prospective team members
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
- An Associate's degree
- 6 months-1 year progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Confidentiality
- Proficiency in use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
