Ensure the establishment and maintenance of industry-leading actuarial and pricing best practices
Collaborate closely with external vendors as well as with various business units across the company
Provide leadership in monitoring key indicators to support strategic adjustments in response to market developments
Supervise and deliver pricing projects such as rate indication exercises, portfolio rate reviews, and work related to implementing new pricing criteria
Formulate recommendations to iAAH management supported by robust actuarial analyses
Play a key role in identifying, developing, and integrating new pricing variables and external data to strengthen product performance
Leverage your expertise in data and modeling to translate insights into concrete pricing actions
Optimize pricing strategies for different distribution channels, including brokers and self-serve digital channels, integrating a deep understanding of their specific challenges
Take part in coaching and developing other professionals on the team
Represent the actuarial function within multidisciplinary working groups
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and a recognized professional designation (FCAS or FCIA)
Minimum of ten years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Strategic thinking
Proactive, rigorous, and results‑oriented approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Comfortable working as part of a team
