Patient Access Representative, Scheduling

Role Overview

• Registers patients presenting for visits
• Processes patient co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances
• Completes Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire for each patient
• Instructs patients and obtains signatures on consent forms
• Monitors patient waiting area for efficient registration flow

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years related work experience
• Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual written and verbal communication skills preferred
