Requirements
5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, global tech or startup environments.
Proven success in scaling an organization from early stage (<100) to mid-size (300+), including team building and HR infrastructure setup.
Strong background in organizational management, culture development, and employee engagement across different time zones and cultures.
Hands-on experience with hiring and retaining high-caliber technical and creative talent.
Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin.
