Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop tailored recruitment strategies that address unique skill set requirements and business objectives.
Talent Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, salary benchmarks, and talent hotspots, providing actionable insights to hiring teams.
ATS & Process Management: Ensure job postings in Greenhouse ATS are accurate, timely, and optimized for attracting diverse candidates; maintain meticulous records to support compliance and reporting.
Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate journey, providing timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.
Data & Reporting: Prepare regular recruitment progress reports, analyze pipeline metrics, and identify areas for process improvement to enhance hiring outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, sales, and engineering teams, to align hiring priorities with organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques and process enhancements to increase hiring efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within the cybersecurity or enterprise software environments.
Expertise in leveraging applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse) and advanced sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
Robust understanding of the IT recruitment landscape, including emerging trends, skill shortages, and market dynamics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of making data-driven hiring decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
