Technical Leader – Americas Regional Application Engineering

Role Overview

• Provide technical leadership for the RAE team for R1 Solutioning
• Assure quality of R1 Solutioning and RAE tasks
• Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as Global Sales, Commercial, Sales and Engineering
• Provide technical leadership to R1S projects
• Focus on proactive RAE engagement and strive for innovation to bring change
• Mentor and develop talent
• Lead LEAN concepts, run data analysis on operational throughputs
• Run Daily Management and PSR as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 15 years of engineering experience in the Gas Power Plant industry
• At least 8 years of customer-facing engineering experience
• Knowledgeable in Power generation industry trends and competition
• Must be willing and able to travel
