Role Overview
- Leads the development and implementation of key assigned Global / US category-led initiatives
- Supports the assigned Portfolio, Asset or Field Medical Affairs Lead(s)
- Develops and maintains business relationships with Finance, Compliance and Operational Excellence colleagues
- Drives the creation/implementation of medical processes and appropriate SOPs
- Coordinates with other Operational Excellence Team members across categories
- Provides presentation development support for internal meetings
- Develops and leads tracking of performance/activity measurements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Min 8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry or related fields
- Advanced degree (e.g., masters) highly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related fields; PharmD/PHD
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related fields
- Strong Decision-Making skills
- Excellent business judgment
- Proven track record for implementation of strategic projects on time and within budget
- Ability to operate effectively in a heavily matrix organization
