Role Overview
Own the global marketing strategy and lifecycle management of the laboratory automation portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth priorities, regional needs, and evolving customer workflows.
Lead structured insight generation across stakeholders, from laboratorians, hospital executives, health systems, and reference labs, to inform portfolio strategy, value propositions, and roadmap prioritization.
Define competitive positioning and commercial differentiation through deep analysis of market dynamics, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Partner with R&D, systems, informatics, medical, and operations teams to translate market needs into clear product requirements, ensuring scalable, differentiated, and economically viable offerings.
Develop and execute global marketing and launch strategies, delivering market-ready tools, messaging, and campaigns that enable strong regional adoption and commercial performance.
Lead and develop a global marketing team, setting strategic direction, building capability, and fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
Drive ongoing refinement of positioning and portfolio strategy by incorporating stakeholder feedback, tracking performance, and anticipating future trends in laboratory automation.
Requirements
15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, or strategy within medical devices or diagnostics; laboratory automation experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading global teams and influencing stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
Proven experience across commercial operations, product development, and global product launches.
Deep knowledge of Core Lab Diagnostics with a track record of driving portfolio and measurable business impact.
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related discipline required; MBA strongly preferred.
