Consistently grow the practice through expansion of services to existing clients, cross selling with other advisory practices, and obtaining new clients.
Serve as the face of the Firm to the local market team and the local marketplace.
Execute the Firm and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Louisville audit practice, as well as support other leaders in their execution of the strategic plan.
Lead Market execution of Firm strategy and goals through reinforcement of Firm Vision Model and champion of Firm’s shared values.
Ensure proper communication flow to the market related to Firm initiatives.
Develop professionals within the practice and build a talent pipeline with the requisite technical expertise.
Drive consistency, collaboration and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders as well as with other stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Masters preferred.
Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience with a large local, regional or national public accounting firm.
Demonstrated experience in driving growth and building an office, practice, industry group, service line or similar.
Ability to drive success through the influencing of Partners and staff.
