Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for key industry segments, driving engagement and revenue growth
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, paid media, and events to reach target audiences effectively
Standardize campaign tracking, analyze performance data, and provide insights to optimize future marketing initiatives
Work closely with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine marketing approaches and identify new opportunities
Equip sales teams with compelling content, messaging, and marketing assets to improve lead conversion and customer engagement
Support the implementation of repeatable, trackable marketing processes that improve efficiency and accountability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, segment marketing, or a related field, ideally within the property insurance or related industries
Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: Maintain a keen awareness of industry news, market trends, and emerging topics within the Property Insurance & Property Restoration sectors
Innovative Marketing Approach: Stay ahead of the curve by proactively exploring and adopting new marketing tactics, strategies, and technologies
Strong Communication & Storytelling: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audience segments
Project Management & Collaboration: Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM platforms, project management tools, and social media platforms
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of property insurance — underwriting, claims, or technology workflow platforms is a plus
Creativity & Innovation: Creatively problem solve and adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics
Marketing certifications such as HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Google Analytics, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
