The Merchandise Manager runs the day-to-day of Level99 merchandise program and ensures products move efficiently from concept to player-ready execution.
They turn strategy into action, managing the line plan, maintaining Shopify, overseeing reorders, and making sure every product is correctly built, priced, and launched on schedule.
This is an operations and planning focused merchandise role, not a sales-floor or visual merchandising position.
This role owns the systems, data, and execution required to run a merchandise program end-to-end, including SKU planning, forecasting, Shopify catalog management, reorders, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
Demonstrated ownership of a merchandise line or product catalog with 50+ active SKUs across retail and/or e-commerce, including responsibility for forecasting, reorders, and product lifecycle decisions.
Proven experience in merchandising, planning, or retail operations within consumer products, lifestyle, or apparel.
Hands-on experience running e-commerce or retail product catalogs (Shopify preferred).Experience with line planning, lifecycle management, and assortment forecasting.
Strong understanding of how product data and systems connect(Shopify, POS, 3PL).Proven ability to use sales and inventory data to make smart merchandising calls.
Strong understanding of retail merchandising, visual standards, and in-store presentation.
Demonstrated success coordinating across creative, supply chain, and retail functions to deliver on time.
Experience supporting new store launches and product rollouts.
Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Proficient in Shopify, Adobe, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Clear communicator with ability to drive alignment and accountability across teams.
Able to balance creative priorities with operational constraints
