You will be an integral part to our Flooring North America Human Resources team and will rotate through different functional areas in this field.
Requirements
Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master's degree in applicable field
HR, IO Program, etc.
Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)
Experience in Manufacturing (a plus)
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Permanent work authorization in the United States
A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career through rotational assignments at multiple locations
