Role Overview
- Oversee and manage sales activities in the division
- Staff and direct a sales team
- Provide leadership for achieving profitability and growth
- Establish plans to expand the customer base
- Contribute to training and educational programs for clients
- Develop business plans and sales strategies
- Maintain records of pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Create proposal presentations and RFP responses
- Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives
- Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding and training processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience managing people in a sales management role
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
- Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
