About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the strategy, administration, and continuous optimization of enterprise identity governance and access management platforms.
- Ensure secure, automated, and compliant identity lifecycle management across employee and non-employee populations.
- Oversee core identity governance platforms, role-based access automation, access certification programs, and identity data integrations.
- Provide people leadership, drive adoption of IAM best practices.
- Partner closely with IT, Security, HR, and business leaders.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
- Seven years of experience in identity management or related field
- Two years of supervisory/people management experience
- Experience supporting IAM and identity governance platforms
- Experience with cloud IAM services (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD)
