Provide direct support for organizational GIS systems and guide GIS architecture and solution design decisions.
Develop, configure, deploy, and maintain ESRI COTS solutions, including Survey123, Field Maps, Collector, and Operations Dashboard.
Serve as a high-level administrator for GIS systems, data, and ArcGIS Online environments.
Perform hardware and software installations, relocations, testing, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for CADD/GIS hardware and software issues, resolving problems with minimal supervision.
Coordinate with service and warranty vendors to resolve hardware-related issues and implement fixes.
Track GIS software versions and upgrades and notify appropriate stakeholders of available updates.
Develop and maintain system documentation, standards, procedures, and configuration charts.
Create and deliver technical and functional training materials and effectively convey GIS concepts to users.
Resolve IT helpdesk tickets and support phone and online issue reporting while maintaining accurate problem records.
Maintain inventories of hardware, software, upgrades, and fixes across supported sites.
Manage data backups and archives and support data recovery and retrieval as needed.
Monitor system performance, availability, and data integrity.
Communicate system status, risks, and issues to managers and project sponsors.
Requirements
2+ years of experience designing, configuring, and administering ESRI commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, including Survey123, Dashboards, and Field Maps.
2+ years of experience administering an ESRI ArcGIS Online organization.
