Leads and manages the operational functions within a branch.
Responsible for the expenses for the areas supervised.
Provides input to branch management on formulation of the branch budget and monitors adherence to budgetary objectives.
Resolves SAP software issues, ensures all required checklists are completed in a timely manner, removes billing blocks.
Develops and reviews proposals for purchasing equipment, oversees all inventory modifications.
Provides leadership during the annual inventory process, and supports branch purchasing, product evaluations, code descriptions, inventory management, pricing development and other related functions.
Requirements
Minimum of a four-year business/trade degree preferred or the equivalent in work experience.
Prior supervisory experience with a minimum of four years’ prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical products and systems preferred.
Technical ability to understand electrical systems with a minimum of three-years of prior electrical distribution experience preferred.
Ability to read, write and speak in English preferred.
Prefer strong working knowledge of PC for Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Internet, Email and SAP software.
