Role Overview
Build trusted, executive-level relationships across Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, and Insurance clients.
Act as a strategic advisor, driving long-term retention and client satisfaction.
Own renewals, pricing, and commercial negotiations to protect and grow recurring revenue.
Identify and close expansion opportunities across Broadridge’s full portfolio.
Develop and execute account strategies that drive measurable growth.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and close business.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account plans in CRM.
Travel to clients and industry events to deepen relationships and advance opportunities.
Champion a collaborative, relationship-first sales culture.
Requirements
3–5 years of B2B relationship sales or account management experience.
Proven success growing and retaining complex, enterprise accounts.
Strong negotiation skills and executive presence.
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Experience managing multiple strategic accounts.
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfort using CRM tools and modern collaboration platforms.
