Align regional marketing initiatives to state strategies and revenue goals, leading timely and high-impact programs
Build and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies tailored to priority states, leveraging data and insights
Plan and deliver integrated field marketing programs that include: Local and state-level conferences, regional and state association sponsorships, in-person and virtual field events, and regionalized email and social media campaigns
Identify and execute opportunistic and timely regional campaigns through traditional and digital channels
Partner with key go-to-market departments including field sales, product marketing, content marketing, and sales leadership to ensure content and messaging are relevant and impactful
Measure the effectiveness of programs, analyze campaign performance, and report on marketing’s contribution to pipeline creation, lead quality, and ROI
Help manage regional marketing budgets as it relates to sponsorship and associations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; advanced degree a plus
7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in field marketing roles
Proven ability to develop and execute regional or state-level marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across various marketing and sales teams
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience in education technology, publishing, or software marketing (K–12 preferred)
Skilled in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms for campaign execution and performance tracking
Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at tailoring messaging to different audiences and regions
Experience with integrated campaign planning and execution
Occasional travel (10%) to regional events and meetings
