Own and manage the marketing reporting ecosystem, including dashboards and enhancements.
Partner with IT to implement and optimize data ingestion into data-lake environments.
Design and manage optimized data-lake views to improve dashboard performance and usability.
Analyze performance trends and opportunities across key metrics.
Clearly articulate the what, why, and so-what of business performance.
Own data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in consumer insights and analytics, with a background in consumer packaged goods (pet food or similar), E-commerce, or direct-to-consumer (DTC).
End-to-end data development experience (e.g., Databricks to Power BI).
Experience with syndicated and third-party data sources (e.g. SPINS, Nielsen, Circana, Euromonitor).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
