Oversee the maintenance, security, and deployment of the enterprise-wide Power BI environment
Take ownership of the Power BI Service, ensuring a stable, scalable, and secure platform for business intelligence initiatives
Implement best practices and optimize performance for Power BI
Collaborate with stakeholders to explain complex technical issues and deliver solutions

Eight plus (8+) years of professional experience in data analytics, with four plus (4+) years of dedicated experience as a Power BI Administrator or Platform Lead
Proven, hands-on experience implementing and managing security models (RLS, OLS) in Power BI
Strong experience with on-premises data gateway configuration and management
Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Power BI, preferably using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Hands-on experience with the Power BI REST API for automated deployments and platform management
Experience working with Microsoft Fabric preferred.
Background in data warehousing concepts and ETL processes preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution required
Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or other relevant certifications preferred
