Role Overview
- responsible for the supervision of the appropriate staffing of continuous care (CC) patients utilizing available staff and resources
- the reconciling of payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll and billing
- compliance with policies, procedures, and standards utilized in the care of continuous care patient and families
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
- Three years nursing experience.
- Previous experience in hospice/home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the State.
- Maintains current CPR certification.
- Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferred.
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance is required
