Responsible for day-to-day HR functions including benefits administration, recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and various projects.
Develop and implement HR activities to meet goals and quality initiatives.
Facilitate communication between employees and supervisors and maintain HR records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role
Active Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain / maintain a clearance
