Work closely with our Product Manager to support backlog management
Write user stories and assist in UX research and product documentation
Gain exposure to agile processes and learn how product decisions influence business KPIs
Develop skills in technical and business writing, Jira ticket management, and competitive analysis
Attend sprint refinement and planning meetings; update Jira tickets
Meet weekly with PM to review progress
Analyze industry-standard UX practices and conduct competitive feature analysis
Learn steps to replicate reported bugs accurately

Must be actively enrolled in a college or university degree program to be eligible for an internship.
Candidates who have already graduated or will graduate before the start of the summer intern program are not eligible.
Preferably pursuing bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Economics.
Preferably students between their junior and senior years.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization.
Detail oriented, highly organized and adaptable.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
