Role Overview

• Act as a strategic, operational and tactical partner to hiring managers
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
• Contribute to creating and maintaining talent pools
• Collaborate with colleagues across Canada and the United States to share best practices
• Manage all stages of the recruitment process with agility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in a recruitment consulting role
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Demonstrated sourcing skills and enthusiasm for sourcing activities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-changing environment
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and in a dynamic, high-volume environment
