Own the knowledge and associated resources for the assigned centralized core Sunrun functions, which involves designing, managing, and refining core learning assets.
Build centralized learning resources, including knowledge articles, slide decks, and learning modules to maintain a company-wide "Single Source of Truth."
Ensure resources are clear, accurate, and standardized.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1-3+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, or Operations Enablement.
Proven track record of creating, auditing, and maintaining a "Single Source of Truth" to eliminate content sprawl.
Experience consulting directly with business leaders to translate goals/problems into actionable learning strategies.
Skilled in using mapping tools such as Lucidchart and Asana to organize complex data.
Experience using knowledge management and instructional design tools, such as Articulate (examples) preferred.
Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
Ability to take "technical jargon" and turn it into clear, punchy, and easy-to-follow information or instruction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly, ask thoughtful questions, follow up, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
