Shape and lead the enterprise-wide digital and technology strategy, integrating brand growth priorities and cross-functional needs into long-range roadmaps that ensure investments drive growth, innovation, and organizational efficiency.
Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including future-facing capabilities such as AI-powered search and AI upskilling, to accelerate innovation, enhance customer and employee experiences, and position the company for long-term competitive advantage.
Driving development of content and experience in partnership with subject matter experts to drive productive engagement.
Bring outside-in perspectives to shape enterprise strategies by convening Consumer Innovation Summits and engaging external experts, ensuring the company stays ahead of emerging consumer behaviors and market shifts.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders across IT, brand, and functional teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
Drive adoption of new ideas and technologies by embedding structured change management into strategic initiatives.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in digital/technology strategy and / or management consulting
Demonstrated success in developing and executing long-range strategies and transformation roadmaps
Experience with board governance, executive-level advisory, or strategic committee leadership
Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic projects at the enterprise level
Deep knowledge of emerging technologies, digital capabilities, and innovation practices (AI, cloud, analytics, commerce, digital customer experience)
Exceptional facilitation and program design skills, with experience curating senior leadership engagements or external innovation immersions
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence and engage senior leaders and board members
Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required; Master’s degree (MBA or related advanced degree) strongly preferred
